Kim Komando hosts the nation’s most listened to talk radio show on over 400 radio stations about computers and the Internet. Locally, she can be heard Saturdays on KBOI in Boise, ID, immediately following the news at 12 Noon and continues until 3 PM. As far as I can tell, it is pre-recorded for playback at that time as her "live show" airs earlier in the day. She recently put together a book on CD which is a compilation of “The 50 Biggest Computer Mistakes” which she pulled together in both Acrobat (PDF) and spoken form by the “Digital Goddess” herself. Advice runs the gauntlet from protecting your privacy on the Internet and securing your computer from intruders to buying the right system and upgrading without wasting money. Along the way there are chapters on “Maintaining your system”, and “Improving Windows performance”. Kim Komando made her TV debut in an infomercial back about 1992, and in that spirit, “but, Wait, there’s more!.
