The December 2003 IPCUG CDOM (CD of the Month) features several photo tools from Adobe, JASC, and SoftTouch plus a collection of files that will be the basis of a IPCUG Photo SIG. Also on the CD is ABF Backup trials for both Outlook and Outlook Express plus a Microsft collection of Plus! Downloads and the Winter Fun Pack.
On the CD are 7 folders: ABF, Adobe, Photoshop Elements Trial - Win, JASC, PhotoSIG, Plus!, and SnapTch.
Also on the CD is this auto-play browser based index to the CD. The hyperlinks in each section will run the installer for the program being described. On installable programs you will be prompted to open or save the "downloaded" file. You should "open" the file from its location in order for the installer to automatically run.
ABF - Outlook Backup and Restore programs. Great for backing up, restoring, or moving your personal data from one computer to another. I have tested this program with Outlook 2002 and while I lost a couple of icons, all my mail & settings moved to a new computer. Only caution is that it is a Apples-to-Apples move where the source and destination versions of Outlook have to be the same.

Snap Touch - Trial version of a lightweight Photo Album Program.
o Snap Touch InstallerPlus! - A potpourri of XP Digital Media Applications, Updates and Winter Fun Pack. All require WindowsXP to use. Some require Plus! Digital Medie Editions (DME) Retail ($20, requires activation before use during installation.) Trial versions of the Dancer and Photo Story 2 LE along with the WinterPhotoPack installer.
o Plus! DME Update 3 Retail Installer - This fixes a number of prolems with the Retail Boxed Product.
o Dancer Application Loader for Retail Program - Retail package comes with a standard set of "small" dancers. Using this utility, you can add new dancers as well medium and large size versions of the dancers.

Photo SIG Sampler Files - This a large collection of sample files and tutorials for use in a Photo SIG that we plan on starting if there is enough interest and there are files on the CD as well as how-to that can help you get started in using your photo editing program. This is not the complete CD that would be used for SIG as it is a complete CD in itself. Most of these links open folders on the CD which will show you the files but it is recommended that you copy these folders to your hard drive for using.
